Chef Tusk is excited by the idea of bringing pasta to our friends and guests of Quince, Cotogna and Verjus. We sparked the idea of putting together some of Chef Tusk's favorite fatto a mano pastas from Cotogna and Quince in your own home, complete with the same quality, texture, and taste as if they were made in our kitchen. Instead of us preparing the dish, we give you the tools to cook it yourself, amongst your closest family and friends. Your kit will include pasta to feed 4 adults, housemade sauce and sugos, a simple set of instructions and two bottles of wine!
